Industrial and Systems Engineering, Minor

The minor in industrial and systems engineering minor requires 15 s.h. Students must maintain a grade-point average of at least 2.00 in all work for the minor. Coursework in the minor may not be taken pass/nonpass. Courses graded S/F may be used at the discretion of the offering department or program. A maximum of 6 s.h. of transfer credit may be counted toward the minor with advisor approval.

The minor may be earned by students enrolled in an undergraduate degree-seeking program at the University of Iowa. Students who earn a minor in industrial and systems engineering may not earn the BSE in industrial engineering.
