Precollege Program
Students who are currently in grades 10–11 may apply to the Secondary Student Training Program (SSTP), a multi-week summer research program at the University of Iowa. Students conduct original research under the guidance of a faculty mentor. They also produce a research brief and an academic poster as a part of the program. Students earn 3 s.h. of university credit for successful program completion.
The Secondary Student Training Program is administered by the Belin-Blank Center in the College of Education. For more information, contact the Belin-Blank Center.
