The Certificate in Nonprofit Management requires a minimum of 18 s.h. of credit. The certificate program is open to current University of Iowa undergraduate students and to all individuals who are not enrolled in a graduate or professional degree program. Students must maintain a g.p.a. of at least 2.00 in work for the certificate.

Bachelor of Applied Studies and Bachelor of Liberal Studies students may be able to incorporate certificate courses into their degree programs; students should consult with their advisors.

Students complete one of the following three courses. Two of them, ENTR:2000 Entrepreneurship and Innovation and ENTR:3520 New Ventures in the Arts, have corequisites; see the course descriptions on MyUI for choice of corequisites. Foundations in Entrepreneurship (ENTR:1350)  is the only corequisite that may be taken online.
